One platform to win and run the work.

Summary

P26 needed one system to win and run work: a website that explains three offers clearly and turns visits into inquiries, a place to manage those inquiries, and a way to quote and invoice Indian and international clients correctly.

We built it as a product we use every day, so every part is tested on real leads and real invoices.

What we did

Website

Next.js site with consulting, build and product sections, pricing, case studies and insights
Each case study renders in its own design language inside the P26 frame
A four-step project brief, WhatsApp and a booking link on every page

CRM and content

Inquiries inbox with statuses, notes and CSV export, and a new-inquiry count in the menu
Admin for posts, case studies, products, industries, pricing, testimonials and FAQs, with a media library

Billing

Quotes and invoices in INR with GST or in USD under LUT, generated as PDFs

Search

Page metadata, one canonical host, a sitemap, robots rules and an RSS feed
Structured data for the organisation, services, offers, FAQs, articles and breadcrumbs
llms.txt and short answer summaries so AI assistants can quote the site
