This policy explains how P26 Consultancy Private Limited ("P26", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit p26.co, contact us or book a meeting. We are the data controller for this data.

What we collect

• Enquiries: the details you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, role, phone, service of interest, budget range and your message), plus the page you came from, campaign (UTM) parameters, a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to prevent spam) and your browser type.
• Meeting bookings: handled by Cal.com, which processes the name, email and notes you enter when booking.
• Analytics (only with your consent): pages viewed, clicks and approximate location, collected through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services (contract or steps before a contract).
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms (legitimate interest).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and consent

Analytics cookies are off until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google tags do not store analytics cookies without consent, and PostHog is not started at all until you accept. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

We share data only with providers that help us run the site and our business, under data-processing terms:

• Supabase (database and file storage)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics)
• PostHog (product analytics)
• Cal.com (meeting scheduling)
• Hostinger (website hosting)

Some providers process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case records are kept as required for contracts, tax and accounting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to processing and complain to a data-protection authority. Security

Data is stored with access controls, encryption in transit and role-based access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
