Summary
Elephant Club, by Pehchaan Media, runs offline trading meetups for a community of 3,00,000+ traders. Its first event was in Varanasi on 24 October 2026, for 500 seats.
It needed its own box office: a site that sells tickets without a ticketing app in the middle, takes payment by Razorpay, sends tickets that can't be copied, issues GST invoices, and gets people through the door fast.
What we did
Event site
- Home with the next event and a countdown, event pages with venue and tiers, gallery, FAQ and a "bring us to your city" request
- Light and dark themes, fast on phones, structured data for events and FAQs
Checkout and tickets
- Guest checkout with ticket tiers, coupons and referral links, paid by Razorpay
- QR tickets on screen and by email, and a ticket lookup with email and mobile
- Numbered GST tax invoices with a shareable link
Admin
- Dashboard with sales over time, seats left and attribution
- Events, tiers, coupons, referral links, orders, customers and tickets, with CSV export
- Team roles, and cancellations that email the customer
- A QR scanner for the door that runs on any phone
Built for launch day
- Seats can't be oversold: 20 buyers racing for 10 seats get exactly 10 tickets
- Abandoned seat holds release themselves within minutes
- One payment always means one order, one set of tickets and one email
- Prices are worked out on the server, and each QR carries a random token, not the ticket number
