What's included?

How much does it cost?
$10,000 for the first year, including the setup and the licence. From the second year the licence is $5,000 a year.
Who pays for hosting?
You do, directly: Playbook runs on your own AWS account, so the hosting bill comes from AWS, not from us. We set everything up.
How long does it take?
15 days from the start of the project to a live library under your brand, with your plans and your first material loaded.
Do I need a WooCommerce site?
Playbook signs members in with their WordPress account and reads their plan from WooCommerce Memberships. If you sell memberships another way, ask us on a call.
How is paid material protected?
Videos and PDFs are stored on Amazon S3 and open through signed links that expire, so a copied link stops working. Right-click, text copying and printing are blocked on paid content.
Where does it come from?
Playbook is the coaching library P26 first built in 2021 to 2023 for an Australian football coaching business. The screens on this page are a demo with fictitious members and content.
