Each technician's day is ordered by the Google Routes API, with the route drawn on the map and total miles and minutes.
House rules, checked as you assign
Set shifts, jobs a day, drive minutes and miles for the company or each technician. The board warns before a job breaks one.

Move a job to another day or arrival window from the board, without opening ServiceTitan.

What's included?

How much does it cost?
$10,000 for the first year, including the setup and the licence. From the second year the licence is $1,000 a year, with updates and fixes included.
Who pays for hosting?
You do, directly: Dispatchboard runs on your own AWS account, so the hosting bill comes from AWS, not from us. Google Maps Platform usage is billed to your own Google account too. We set everything up.
How long does it take?
15 days from the day ServiceTitan approves API access for your account (we help you apply) to a live board under your name, with your technicians, zones and house rules loaded.
Do I need ServiceTitan?
Yes. Dispatchboard reads appointments, jobs, locations, technicians and zones from ServiceTitan and writes assignments and reschedules back through its API. If you run another field service platform, ask us on a call.
Does it book jobs for me?
No. Jobs are still booked in ServiceTitan. Dispatchboard is where dispatchers assign, route and reschedule them, with your limits checked along the way.
Where does it come from?
Dispatchboard is the dispatch board P26 built in 2025 to 2026 for a US garage door company on ServiceTitan. The screens on this page are a demo with fictitious technicians and jobs; the video shows the original build.
